The Challenge

Visteon is an American global automotive electronics supplier based in Van Buren Township, Michigan. Visteon faced a challenge as they grappled with the return of employees to the office post-COVID. Their existing workstations, characterized by tall panels, hindered communication and knowledge sharing. The management team felt a disconnect, as everyone seemed hidden behind the imposing structures. With the shift in needs brought about by the pandemic, there was a realization that workstations no longer needed to be as big, private, or as tall.
