How We Work

Our Process

At ISCG, we make workplace design simple, collaborative, and seamless from concept to completion. Our proven process ensures every detail—design, function, and finish—is handled with precision so your new space is beautiful, functional, and built for long-term success.

We guide every project through four essential phases, each one designed to guarantee quality, efficiency, and on-budget delivery.

Phase 1:

Project Discovery

Phase I is our time for getting to know you, your business, and your project. It ensures everything gets off on the right foot, right down to the inch.

  • We strive to build our understanding of the goals and vision for the space.
  • Determine the functional needs that support the culture of your business.
  • Develop an aesthetic that reflects the company’s brand and image.
  • Establish long-term performance goals for the facility’s infrastructure.

Phase 2:

Interior Design

Using what we learned during our Discovery phase, we begin designing and developing the ideal set of solutions for your space and needs.

  • Prepare a comprehensive Space Plan.
  • Furniture and Floor Plans are drafted.
  • Select Materials and Finishes.
  • Any needed Graphics, Wayfinding, and Branding Elements are refined and incorporated.
  • Create 3D Renderings of your spaces, including selected furniture, materials, and visuals, to help you envision the results.

Phase 3:

Installation + Setup

Creativity isn’t the only know-how we provide for your project. Our skilled installers, trades, and vendor partners follow our process to the letter, making sure the fit and finish is phenomenal.

  • Develop Project Schedule – Design, Manufacturing, and Installation Timeline.
  • Proactive Review of Field Conditions and Building Access.
  • Obtain Required Permits and Insurances.
  • Coordinate Installation Implementation.

Phase 4:

Ongoing Support

Once installation is complete the service and support doesn’t stop there. We offer a complete suite of ongoing services and support to help keep your new workplace functioning at peak performance.

  • Maintenance – Warranty coverage, reupholstering, and more.
  • Project Documentation – Proposal history, AutoCAD plans, and renderings.
  • Ergonomic Assessments – Chair adjustment, training, and accessories.
  • Ongoing Education – Trend updates, product updates, facility support, and tool updates.
