Rachel’s attention to detail and welcoming personality make her a perfect fit at ISCG. When she’s off the clock this budding fashionista can be found scouring local boutiques finding her perfect fit to add to her closet.
Viktoria began at ISCG in 2022 and brings with her over 10 years of design experience. Highly skilled in space planning and product specification, Viktoria prides herself on the ability to take projects from inspiration to rendering to reality. When not creating dynamic workplaces at ISCG, this MSU Spartan enjoys DIY projects on her 1927 Detroit Tudor home and spending time with her family.
Stephannie’s clients love her exuberance and outgoing personality—her good spirits and good humor are also a reliable way to brighten the day for her fellow team members and friends alike.
Lindsey holds a BFA in Interior Design from Kendall College of Art and Design and brings over 20 years of sales and design expertise to every project. Her client-focused, design-driven approach transforms ideas into inspiring spaces. When she’s not creating, you’ll find her staying active, exploring new places, and drawing inspiration from architecture, fashion, and photography.
Kerri was born with a passion for service—when she’s not assisting her clients at ISCG, she’s involved with community outreach and the kids’ ministry at her local church.
Michele’s creative talents and artistry are not just on display for her clients—her love of crafting is evident with sewing, knitting and jewelry making as her favorite hobbies.
After graduating from Central Michigan University, Jordan gained experience in retail and residential design. As an interior designer, Jordan finds immense joy in the perfect blend of creativity and technicality. Her passion for this field and working in 3D programs was sparked during her time spent playing video games, where she discovered the power of design to transform spaces.
Alexis enjoys designing functional & efficient spaces for clients while keeping aesthetics and sustainability at the forefront. After graduating from Central Michigan University, she moved to Tennessee and pursued a career in luxury residential interior design. In her free time, she enjoys practicing yoga, antique shopping, and camping on the great lakes.
Bill’s resourcefulness and “can do” approach to life doesn’t end with solving client service and warranty issues; at home he plans amazing biking, camping and fishing adventures with his wife and 3 daughters!
With a knack for crafting captivating content, Mary has always had a passion for creative marketing. She enjoys taking leisurely walks, which helps her stay focused and energized.
Morgan brings her attention to detail and organizational skills to client projects. In her spare time, she enjoys blending her love of Detroit, design and photography in various creative projects.
Joel understands how to strike the right chord with both client workplaces and his piano—he likes nothing more than to spend his downtime tickling the ivories.
As Chief Financial Officer, Angelica navigates ISCG’s financial performance to keep us on course. On the weekend she’ll be found relaxing on her boat, cruising the waters of Lake St. Clair
Olivia is an NCIDQ-certified designer with a BA in Interior Design and German from Ball State University. She specializes in creating design solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs and enjoys incorporating the latest furniture and material trends into her projects, including People Driven Technology and Northville Township. Outside of work, Olivia keeps her mind busy with reading, crossword puzzles, and crocheting.
With 18 years of industry experience—including 14 years with ISCG—Lisa brings deep expertise in project coordination and a strong understanding of how to guide projects from concept through completion. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design & Architecture from Lawrence Technological University. Outside of work, she enjoys reading personal growth books, road trips, and family game nights with her husband and two kids.
Dorene is a conscientious designer with a sharp eye for detail—skills that come in handy at home, where her passion for interior design finds its full expression in the renovation of her 1926 bungalow.
With a solid background in sales and business development, Barbara brings her expertise and enthusiasm to ISCG. Her passion for fostering strong client relationships and identifying growth opportunities is unparalleled. When she’s not busy cultivating client connections, you can find her enjoying country concerts.
Kathy has worked in the furniture industry since 1998 and joined ISCG in 2021. Her extensive experience and positive attitude make her the perfect addition to our team. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Arts from Oakland University. When she’s not supporting amazing projects from clients like Oakland County, Beaumont, or Meridian she can be found cheering on the Detroit Tigers, traveling, or voraciously reading the copious books on her shelf.
Mary Jo’s sense of humor and friendly outlook is evident to ISCG clients, and her commitment to the ISCG team is matched only by her support of the home team—she loves to kick back with friends and watch the big game.
Katie is our Southern belle, hailing from Savannah, Georgia, with a B.F.A. from the Savannah College of Art and Design. She brings her creativity and organizational skills to our design team, along with 11 years of experience working with A&D firms and in FF&E design. When she’s not space planning or researching product solutions, she enjoys exploring the farmers’ market with her family or finding treasures at a great estate sale.
