The Challenge

Macomb Community College’s South Campus in Warren, Michigan, lacked a centralized facility for its skilled trades and technology programs. Previously, these programs were spread across three separate buildings, limiting collaboration, efficiency, and the overall learning experience. The need was clear: create a modern, cohesive space to prepare students for high-demand careers in advanced manufacturing, technology, and the skilled trades.
